In connection therewith the Provision payers of collection are legal entities and citizens of foreign states which vehicles drive to Turkmenistan or follow transit across its territory.

5. Charges for execution of entry visas or following by in transit of vehicles it is levied depending on type of the vehicle, its load-carrying capacity (capacity) in the following sizes:

a) cargo vehicles load-carrying capacity:

to 10 tons - 50 US dollars

from 10 to 20 tons inclusive - 100 US dollars

over 20 tons - 150 US dollars

b) buses with number of seats:

less than 12 seats - 25 US dollars

from 13 to 30 seats - 50 US dollars
