1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about features of making by officials of customs authorities of separate customs transactions concerning the goods and vehicles moved through customs border of the Russian Federation with use of the preliminary information (further - the Instruction).

2. To provide to chiefs of the regional customs authorities and customs which are directly subordinated to FCS of Russia in whose region of activities there are check points through frontier of the Russian Federation:

a) execution of the Instruction by subordinate customs authorities;

b) appointment of the officials authorized for implementation of transactions of customs clearance and customs control according to the Instruction;

c) allocation of specially equipped and designated workplaces intended for the purposes of implementation of customs control of the goods and vehicles moved through customs border of the Russian Federation according to the Instruction.
