Activities irrespective of subordination and legal form which are engaged in procurement, storage, conversion of the specified loads and import and export transactions on them shall be in this area of the legal entities who are in the territory of the republic under constant control of the Public veterinary service of the Azerbaijan Republic, at the same time import and export of loads of animal origin by these organizations is performed on permission of Committee.
In the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic registration of import and export transactions on the loads which are under veterinary supervision is allowed to be made to Committee on veterinary science of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic according to article 5 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About veterinary medicine" and with observance of these rules (except for the countries because of which epizootic provision the State committee on veterinary science of the Azerbaijan Republic applies prohibition). Import and export to the Azerbaijan Republic, including the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, drugs, biological products and veterinary accessories specified in the Section 4 of appendix 1 to these "Rules" is performed only with the permission of the State committee on veterinary science of the Azerbaijan Republic.
