Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed production quotas in 2009 of alcoholic products, non-food ethyl alcohol, antiseptic medicinal, veterinary and the disinfectants relating to non-food alcohol-containing products.
2. To regional executive committees, the Minsk Gorispolkom, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, the Belarusian state concern of the food industry Belgospishcheprom, the Belarusian republican union of consumer societies, the Belarusian state concern on production and realization of pharmaceutical and microbiological products to bring in accordance with the established procedure to legal entities of quota for production in 2009 of alcoholic products, non-food ethyl alcohol, antiseptic medicinal, veterinary and the disinfectants relating to non-food alcohol-containing products and to provide control of their observance.
