1. Create in subordination of the Ministry of Agriculture and food industry the Main inspectorate for phytosanitary supervision and seed control on the basis of reorganization of Public service of phytosanitary quarantine, by merge (absorption) of the State republican inspectorate for protection of plants to territorial inspections, the State seed inspection and the State inspectorate for bakery products and the baking industry.

2. The main inspectorate for phytosanitary supervision and seed control, as the legal successor of Public service of phytosanitary quarantine, Public service on protection of plants, the State seed inspection and the State inspectorate for bakery products and the baking industry to assume their functions and regular personnel.

3. To perform release of employees in connection with reorganization according to the Civil service law No. 443-XIII of May 4, 1995. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, No. 61, the Art. 681), with subsequent changes, and the labor law.
