Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of July 7, 2008 No. 137 "About rates for transportations of passengers and conveyance by buses of regular routes of the long-distance message" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 172, 8/19096).

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

1. The extreme maximum level of rate for one kilometer of travel of the passenger by buses of regular routes of the long-distance message:

1.1. on regular routes:

in buses of general type - 102, 0 rubles;

in buses with soft folding seats - 106, 0 rubles;

1.2. on high-speed routes:

in buses of general type - 132, the 6th ruble;

in buses with soft folding seats - 137, the 8th ruble;

1.3. on additional flights:

in buses of general type - 137, the 7th ruble;
