Declare invalid the order of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic of 20.09.99 No. 195-p "About approval of the Provision "About Procedure for Provision by Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic to Insurers of Delays (Payments by Installments) on Debt Repayment on Payments in Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic", 13.10.99 registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for No. 77.
3. To send to management of the income this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for passing of the procedure of state registration.
4. To department of interaction with the population, state bodies and addresses of pensioners, mass media of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- publish this resolution in mass media after passing of the procedure of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- notify in writing the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on official publication of this resolution in mass media.
5. This resolution becomes effective after passing of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic and the subsequent official publication.
