The governments of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States which further are referred to as - "Parties",

considering community of problems of increase in efficiency of agricultural production for the purpose of creating favorable conditions for improvement of food supply of the population,

understanding economic benefits of development of interstate specialization in production of seeds and creations of the joint market of seed products, and also need of coordinated actions for selection and seed-growing work,

stating that in all sovereign states significant areas for many years are sowed with the grades created by scientific institutions of other states

in view of need of coordinated actions on ensuring deliveries of high-quality and hybrid seeds of crops,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties shall provide preserving and further development of interstate specialization of production and deliveries of high-quality and hybrid seeds of grain, commercial, oil-bearing, vegetable crops, potatoes and herbs of the zoned and perspective grades for stable satisfaction of requirement in all of them of land owners and land users of the Parties.

Article 2

The parties specializing in production of the corresponding high-quality and hybrid seeds of crops agree to delivery through the state organizations, commercial enterprises and farms of different patterns of ownership to other states of these seeds in amounts according to the signed agreements.

Article 3

Interstate deliveries of high-quality and hybrid seeds of crops are performed based on agreements (contracts) signed between the state organizations and the companies of other patterns of ownership in which specific conditions of delivery will be determined (quantity, quality, terms, the prices, terms of payment, procedure for the dispute resolution).
