The parties agreed:

Article 1

Perform relations of the parties in the field of health care, pharmaceutical industry and medical science on the basis of mutual benefit.

Article 2

To jointly resolve problematic issues on health protection on medicamentous providing the people, determining the priority directions in health care, medical science, training.

Article 3

Render advisory, medical, financial and other care in case of extreme situations and medical emergencies on a grant basis. Provide mutual assistance from drift quarantine, HIV of infections, and also in case of the extreme situations connected with emergence of ecological, radiation complications and natural disasters.

Article 4

Accept the intergovernmental agreement about mutual recognition of diplomas of medical educational institutions and essentially single requirements to training of specialists in borders of contracting parties.

Article 5

Perform training of students, scientific, pedagogical, scientific and technical workers, advanced training of doctors, professors and teachers in medical schools, research institutions of both parties on commercial basis according to the existing price lists or on the contract prices acceptable for the Parties.
