About participation of executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation in the field of state regulation of rates in implementation of state regulation and control of activities of subjects of natural monopolies

According to the Federal Law "About Natural Monopolies" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on participation of executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation in the field of state regulation of rates in implementation of state regulation and control of activities of subjects of natural monopolies and about limits of such regulation and control.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 30.11.2022 No. 2187

Regulations on participation of executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation in the field of state regulation of rates in implementation of state regulation and control of activities of subjects of natural monopolies and about limits of such regulation and control

1. This Provision developed according to article 5 of the Federal law "About Natural Monopolies" establishes procedure for participation of executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation in the field of state regulation of rates (further - regulating authorities) and limits of state regulation and the control of activities of subjects of natural monopolies exercised by them.

2. Values of the concepts used in this Provision correspond accepted in the legislation of the Russian Federation.
