About approval of the Procedure for maintaining the address register and provision of addresses to real estate units in the Azerbaijan Republic
For the purpose of ensuring creation of the systematized database about addresses of real estate units in the Azerbaijan Republic I decide:
1. Approve "Procedure for maintaining the address register and provision of addresses to real estate units in the Azerbaijan Republic" it (is applied).
2. Charge to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:
2.1. provide in a month allocation to the State committee of the Azerbaijan Republic concerning property of the necessary financial resources required for production by industrial method of plates, reflecting names of objects of transport infrastructure and number of real estate units;
2.2. resolve the issues following from this Decree.
3. Charge to executive bodies of the Azerbaijan Republic to provide in a month submission to the State committee of the Azerbaijan Republic concerning property of lists of the names appropriated to objects of transport infrastructure by day of the introduction of this Decree in force and also data on the appropriated addresses.
4. To provide to the Ministry of Economics of the Azerbaijan Republic together with local executive authorities creation of opportunities of use by local executive bodies of information which is stored in the information system "Register of Addresses".
5. This Decree becomes effective from the date of publication.
