In pursuance of article 26 of the Law of Ukraine "About notariate" I ORDER:

1. Approve sample and the description of seal of the private notary according to appendices 1 and 2.

2. To private notaries to replace in accordance with the established procedure the seals made according to the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of 25.01.99 N 5/5 "About introduction of stamp seals of private notaries" on seal of the sample approved by this order within year from the date of entry into force of this order.

3. Determine that private notaries use the seals made according to the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of 25.01.99 N 5/5 "About introduction of stamp seals of private notaries" before their replacement by seals of the sample approved by this order.

4. Repeal the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of 25.01.99 N 5/5 "About introduction of stamp seals of private notaries".

5. To the chief of Head department of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, to chiefs of head departments of justice in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol to provide control over the implementation of Items 2 and 3 of this order, and also storage in head departments of justice and the direction in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in process of replacement with private notaries of seals, prints of seals of the sample approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of 25.01.99 N 5/5 "About introduction of stamp seals of private notaries" and the sample approved by this order.

6. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of justice of Ukraine L. V. Efimenko.

Description of seal of the private notary

The seal of the private notary has the form of the correct circle with a diameter of 45 mm, edges of seal are framed with side 1 mm thick.

On side clockwise inverse microfont the text which bears is placed:

1) full name of the notarial district;

2) text "Private notary";

3) surname, name and middle name of the private notary.

Components of this text are divided by heptagonal asterisks.

On outside circle of seal from left to right by center method take place:

in the upper line - text "The private notary";

in the lower line - full name of the notarial district according to administrative-territorial separation of Ukraine, for example, "Kamyanets-Podilsky the district notarial district of the Khmelnytskyi region", the text comes to an end with heptagonal asterisk.

On the lower joint of text "The private notary" accommodates text of surname, name and middle name of the private notary which on both sides is allocated with heptagonal asterisks. All texts are executed by special font (Arial).

In the center of seal the image of the State Emblem of Ukraine which is framed with circle with a diameter of 24 mm (line thickness - mm 0,1) is placed.
