The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the National Bank of Ukraine decide:
1. Approve the actions plan for 2009 on prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way and financing of terrorism which is applied.
2. To the ministries and other central executive bodies to send to the State committee of financial monitoring quarterly to the 10th day of the next month information on accomplishment of the actions plan approved by this resolution for representation quarterly to the 20th day of the next month of the report to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the National Bank of Ukraine.
