The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Labour and social development of the Kyrgyz Republic which are hereinafter referred to as by the Parties

aiming to promote development of the relations between the Republic of Belarus and the Kyrgyz Republic,

recognizing that the cooperation between the Parties will be directed to experience exchange for the purpose of development of the social and labor sphere in the states of the Parties,

being effective within the competence, observing the international obligations and the national legal system of the states of the Parties,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties will develop cooperation in the social and labor sphere in the following directions:

regulation of the social and labor relations;

social protection of the population;

provision of pensions (insurance);

protection and working conditions.

Article 2

The cooperation between the Parties will be performed in the following forms:

exchange of regulating documents and information and analytical materials in the directions of cooperation;

participation of experts of the Parties in conferences, seminars and other events held in the territory of the Republic of Belarus and the Kyrgyz Republic concerning the social and labor sphere.

Article 3

Financing of the expenses connected with implementation of this agreement, the Parties will independently perform according to the national legal system of the states.

Article 4

The disputes and disagreements arising between the Parties during implementation of provisions of this agreement will be solved by negotiations and consultations.
