The government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Russian Federation which further are referred to as with the Parties

based on the principles of mutual interest and respect,

understanding importance and need of adoption of the mutually acceptable decisions directed to accomplishment of tasks on the long-term economic growth of the states of the Parties

for the purpose of creation to business entities in the territory of both states of equal conditions in the field of price policy on rail transport

agreed as follows:

Article 1

In this agreement of the Party determine procedure for application of rates for calculation of transportation payments in transit of loads by rail in the message between stations Belarusian and Russian Railways, and also in the message between stations of Russian Railways with participation of the Belarusian railroads, except transportation of goods to the third countries and from the third countries.

Article 2

The concepts used in this agreement mean the following:

Russian Railways - the infrastructure of rail transport public located in the territory of the Russian Federation;

"the Belarusian railroads" - the infrastructure of rail transport public located in the territory of the Republic of Belarus.

Article 3

In transit loads by rail in the message between stations Belarusian and Russian Railways the following rates are applied to calculation of transportation payments:

on Russian Railways - the rates applied in transit loads in through traffic on infrastructure of rail transport public in the Russian Federation;

by the Belarusian railroads - the rates similar to the rates applied in transit loads in through traffic on infrastructure public of open joint stock company "Russian Railways".
