III. This Law becomes effective from the date of publication.

Regulations on the anniversary medal "10 anniversary (1991-2001) Armed forces of the Azerbaijan Republic"

1. The anniversary medal "10 anniversary (1991-2001) Armed forces of the Azerbaijan Republic" awards the officers, ensigns and warrant officers undergoing till June 26, 2002 active duty in Armed forces of the Azerbaijan Republic and who achieved progress in combat training, and also the officers taking active part in construction and strengthening of Armed forces of the Azerbaijan Republic transferred from Armed forces to the reserve or resignation.

2. The anniversary medal "10 anniversary (1991-2001) Armed forces of the Azerbaijan Republic" is worn on the left side of breast, and in the presence of other awards and medals of the Azerbaijan Republic - after the medal "Veteran of Armed Forces of the Azerbaijan Republic".
