Questions of enhancement of settlement schemes for the used electric power and natural gas

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. On partial change of Item 11 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 15, 1999 N 594 "About ensuring compliance with discipline of gas supply and improvement of calculations for the used natural gas" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999 N 15, Art. 612; 2000, N 30, 1266) to determine the Art. that implemented according to noted Item of the scheme are applied only by the utility companies of water supply, drainage system, the urban electric transport to carrying out calculations for the used electric power.

2. Determine that the payment for heat energy from all categories of consumers is set off only on current accounts with the special mode of use for carrying out calculations for the used natural gas by the utility companies of heat-and-power engineeering, thermal power plants, combined heat and power plants, boiler and other subjects of housekeeping which perform the activities connected with supply of heat energy except the companies which treat system of the autonomous and decentralized heat supply (further - the companies of heat-and-power engineeering).

3. Determine authorized banks which service current accounts with the special mode of use of the companies of heat-and-power engineeering and their separate divisions "Government Savings Bank of Ukraine" open joint stock company and public joint stock company Ukrgazbank joint stock bank (the authorized bank is farther).

4. Approve the Procedure for opening of current accounts with the special mode of use for transfer of means which arrive as service fee on heat supply, and carrying out calculations for the used natural gas which is applied.
