2) of December 6, 2003 No. 426 "About modification and amendments in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 24, 2002 No. 321 "About approval of the Instruction for creation and submission of data by payment cards", registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan at No. 1982" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan at No. 2659, Habarshysa's Bankinin published on January 1-18, 2004 in printing editions of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Kazakstan Ulttyk" and "the Bulletin of National Bank of Kazakhstan").
4. Department of payment systems (Musayev R. N.):
