About approval of the Procedure for increase in skill level of private notaries according to succession law

In pursuance of requirements of articles 5 and 34 of the Law of Ukraine "About notariate" and Item 7 of Final and transitional provisions of the Law of Ukraine of 01.10.2008 N 614-VI "About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About notariate" and for the purpose of establishment of single procedure for advanced training of private notaries according to succession law I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for increase in skill level of private notaries according to succession law (further - the Procedure) which is applied.

2. To chiefs of Head department of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, head departments of justice in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, the Center of retraining and advanced training of workers of justice (S. O. Dubovik):

2.1. Till 01.05.2009 to organize and provide studying of the legislation and carrying out theoretical and practical training in offices of notary public with the private notaries having years of service of notarial activities less than 10 years on making of the notarial actions connected with taking measures concerning protection of heritable property, issue of certificates on the right to inheritance and certificates on the property right to share in joint property of spouses in case of the death of one of spouses and use of the Heritable register.

2.2. Constitute and approve schedules of carrying out theoretical and practical training, and also classes in use of the Heritable register to which copy to send to the Ministry of Justice in ten-day time from the date of entry into force of this order.
