About approval of the Standard instruction about procedure for write-off of material values from balance of budgetary institutions
In accomplishment of the Law of Ukraine "About financial accounting and the financial reporting in Ukraine", for the purpose of establishment of single requirements to procedure for write-off of material values from balance of organizations which main activities are performed at the expense of means state and/or local budgets, we ORDER:
1. Approve the Standard instruction about procedure for write-off of material values from balance of budgetary institutions it (is applied).
2. Recognize invalid the Standard instruction about procedure for write-off of fixed assets of budgetary institutions approved by the order of Head department of the State Treasury of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of 02.12.97 N 126/137 and registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 19.12.97 for N 608/2412.
3. To submit the Standard instruction about procedure for write-off of material values from balance of budgetary institutions to management of methodology on accomplishment of the budget, financial accounting and the reporting of the State Treasury of Ukraine on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To the central executive bodies and other main managers of budgetary funds to bring the standard instruction about procedure for write-off of material values from balance of budgetary institutions to permission of subordinate organizations, and to bodies of the State Treasury of Ukraine and financial bodies - to organizations that are serviced by them.
