1. General provisions

1.1. These rules regulate procedure for issue and use of the following forms of free annual office and one-time tickets: 1-A, 1-B, 2-K, 3-A, 3-K, 3, 6, 6-A, 6-B, 6-G-1.

The tickets specified in this Item grant the right of free pass in accordance with the terms, stated in Annex to these rules within the railroads of the following states:

- Azerbaijan Republic

- Republic of Armenia

- Republic of Belarus

- Georgia

- Republic of Kazakhstan

- Kyrgyz Republic

- Republic of Moldova

- Russian Federation

- Republic of Tajikistan

- Turkmenistan

- Republic of Uzbekistan

- Ukraine

- Republic of Estonia.

1.2. The order of forms of tickets makes Economic board of Ministry of Railways of Russia according to requests of the railroads with compensation of typographical expenses by them.

1.3. In case of loss of the office ticket the respective railroad shall report immediately about all this to the railroads of the State Parties of the CIS and the Republic of Estonia.

2. Issue of office tickets

2.1. Free annual office tickets of forms 1-A, 1-B, 2-K are issued by Economic board of Ministry of Railways of Russia, forms 3-A, 3-K, 3 sectors of free transportations of the railroads of the State Parties of the CIS and the Republic of Estonia, and in case of their absence, other divisions of the railroads to which such obligations are assigned.

2.2. Free annual office tickets are issued to employees of services and departments of managements and departments of the railroads of the limit approved by railroad management.
