1. 4. On the basis and according to this approximate Instruction of the organization shall develop specific instructions for record keeping.
5. The procedure for adoption of acts of Majlisi milli and Majlisi namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Executive office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan determines according to acting normative legal acts.
6. The operating procedure with classified documents is determined by special instructions.
