About approval of the Regulations on procedure of immigration control
According to article 43 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" and for the purpose of strengthening of fight against illegal migration the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure of immigration control.
2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan and the State committee of homeland security of the Republic of Tajikistan, Migratory service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to provide in expense budget for the corresponding year of funds for accomplishment of actions for implementation of immigration control.
3. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan in 2012 to resolve organizational matters on creation of the Center for temporary residence of persons who are looking for shelter and to register it in compliance the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.
4. Immigration control is exercised by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, the State committee of homeland security of the Republic of Tajikistan, Migratory service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan on the terms of interaction.
5. Declare invalid the orders of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of November 3, 2001 for No. 493 "About approval of the Regulations on the mechanism of implementation of immigration control".
