2) special equipments of staff of paramilitary organizations and normative technical products on their production and operation:

4) communication systems and military managements and specifications and technical documentations on their production and operation;

5) chemical warfare agents, remedies from them and specifications and technical documentations on their production and operation;

6) uranium, other sharing materials and products from them;

7) results of research and project works, and also basic exploratory researches on creation of arms and military equipment;

8) the cryptographic equipment and specifications and technical documentations on its production and use;

9) drugs, psychotropic, strong, toxic agents, and also precursors;

10) waste of radioactive materials;

11) waste of explosives;

12) industrial wastes;
