aiming at the problem resolution, arisen in connection with earlier allowed uncoordinated activities in the monetary sphere,
agreed as follows:
The parties will settle the debt obligations and requirements as of January 1, 1993 formed by results of trade and economic relations in 1992. Remained not settled debt obligations and requirements till May 15, 1993 will renew in the intergovernmental credit, meaning parallel accounting of debt in freely convertible currency.
The accounts balance reflected in balances of the Central bank of the Russian Federation and National Bank of Moldova by mutual calculations for January 1, 1993 is subject to settlement.
The parties without delay will make decisions on obligatory payment in February, 1993 by all state companies and the organizations of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Moldova of reciprocal debt for actually received products which are registered on their balances as of January 1, 1993, having determined at the same time sources and payment procedure, meaning its reflection on the correspondent account opened in 1992 for National Bank of Moldova in the Central bank of the Russian Federation.
