Article 1

Delivery from the Russian Federation of the precious metals and diamonds used for the production of products, components and semifinished products necessary for consumers of the Republic of Belarus is performed according to the approved limits, according to appendix to this agreement without the right of their re-export.

Article 2

The waste formed in case of production and scrap of precious metals and diamonds are property of the Republic of Belarus and can be given according to contracts for the overworking plants of the Russian Federation for conversion.

Article 3

The precious metals and diamonds necessary for accomplishment of orders of the Russian companies in the Republic of Belarus, join in the project of limits of leave of precious metals and diamonds for 1993 for needs of the Russian Federation and will be delivered to the Republic of Belarus as raw materials supplied by the customer on contractual basis.

Article 4

When calculating for the precious metals and diamonds intended for needs of the Republic of Belarus the selling prices determined proceeding from the level of the world prices with recalculation in rubles by the rate quoted by the Central bank of the Russian Federation on vacation day (issues) of precious metals and diamonds are applied.

Article 5

The parties agreed to inform each other on the course of accomplishment of this agreement.
