The State Parties of this agreement which further are referred to as the Party

for the purpose of creation of conditions for effective development of production and preserving, in cases of feasibility, single technological complexes,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties mutually recognize the transition to their property of property, including financial resources of the companies, organizations, the organizations, structural units and divisions of the companies, organizations and the organizations of the former allied subordination located in the territories of the Parties, except for assets of the former USSR performed according to their national legal system, specified in the Agreement "About Legal Succession concerning External Public Debt and Assets of USSR" of December 4, 1991.

Article 2
