Determine that from January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2010 inclusive:

1) by provision of financial support to subjects of the Russian Federation at the expense of means of the state corporation - Fund of assistance to housing and communal services reforming (further Fund) the minimum amount of participation financing of carrying out capital repairs of apartment houses, resettlements of citizens from emergency housing stock, including taking into account need of stimulation of market development of housing, by budget funds of each subject of the Russian Federation and (or) means of local budgets is determined as share from the total amount of financing of carrying out capital repairs of apartment houses, resettlements of citizens from emergency housing stock, including taking into account need of stimulation of market development of housing, by fund, the budget of the subject of the Russian Federation and (or) local budgets, calculated according to Item 2 of this Article;
