According to article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About assessment of property, property rights and professional estimative activity in Ukraine" for the purpose of settlement of cost assessment of objects of intellectual property right which stay in state-owned property or were created (are acquired) for public funds, I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for determination of estimated value of objects of intellectual property right which stay in state-owned property or were created (are acquired) for public funds, for the purpose of transfer on financial accounting (further - the Procedure) which is applied.

2. To department of assessment of property and estimative activities (Gayduk V. Ya.) submit this order and the Procedure on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 03.10.92 N 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies" (with the changes made according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 21.05.98 N 493.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of Fund O. Potimkov.
