1. Approve the Procedure for acceptance by National depositary of Ukraine for the summary accounting account register of shareholders and copies of the documents which are the basis for encumbrance of shares by obligations (daleeporyadok) it (is applied).
2. Cancel board decision of National depositary of Ukraine of 05.01.2005 N 02/01.
3. Provide to legal service state registration of the Procedure in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
