About approval of the amount of monthly collection for use of radio-frequency resource of Ukraine

According to article 57 of the Law of Ukraine "About radio-frequency" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides resource of Ukraine:

1. Approve the amount of monthly collection for use of radio-frequency resource of Ukraine according to appendix.

2. To submit to the national commission on questions of regulation of communication together with the Ministry of Finance in May, 2009 proposals concerning increase in the amount of collection for use of radio-frequency resource in the second half of the year 2009.

3. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 31, 2001 N 77 "About rates of monthly charges for use of radio-frequency resource of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, N 5, the Art. 183).

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2009.
