1. Approve the enclosed Rules of the organization of activities of excise posts.

2. To heads of tax authorities on areas and the cities of Astana and Almaty to organize work of excise posts.

3. To the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Ergozhin of E.) provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Declare invalid the order of the Chairman of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 10, 2007 No. 289 "About approval of Rules of the organization of excise posts in the organizations making excisable products" (it is registered in the register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 4711, No. 94 is published in the Yuridicheskaya Gazeta newspaper of June 22, 2007 (1297).
