About measures for creation of depositary of the financial reporting

1. Create depositary of the financial reporting for the organizations of public interest.

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.

3. Bring the following amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 19, 2005 No. 475 "Some questions of the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The information and accounting center" of Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2005, No. 21, the Art. 254):

add Item 2 with the subitem 3) of the following content:

"3) implementation of activities for maintaining depositary of the financial reporting for the organizations of public interest.";

2) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 24, 2008 No. 387 "About some questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2008, No. 22, the Art. 205):
