1. Approve the Instruction about the Report on correspondent accounts and other placements of licensed bank it (is applied).

2. Recognize invalid the Instruction about procedure for creation and submission of the Report on correspondent accounts and other placements of bank approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 89 of October 27, 1997. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1999, Art. No. 106-108, 180), with subsequent changes and amendments.

3. The last report according to provision of the instruction specified in Item 2 of this resolution shall be provided for the accounting period of the IV month 2008.

4. The first report according to provisions of the instruction specified in Item 1 of this resolution shall be provided for the accounting period of the I month 2009.
