According to the Law of Ukraine "About transportation of dangerous goods" and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 01.06.2002 N 733 "About approval of the Procedure and rules of carrying out compulsory liability insurance of subjects of transportation of dangerous goods on case of approach of negative effects during transportation of dangerous goods" and for the purpose of control of observance of requirements of the legislation in the field of insurance in transit of dangerous goods by rail I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on control of observance of requirements of the legislation in the field of insurance in transit of dangerous goods by rail (further - the Provision) which is applied.

2. Public administration of rail transport of Ukraine (Bridge M.V.):

2.1. Submit this order in accordance with the established procedure to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

2.2. Bring the Provision to permission of involved workers of the railroads, senders, receivers, state bodies of control in the field of insurance of dangerous goods in transit by rail.

3. Repeal orders of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of 17.10.2002 N 740 "About approval of the Procedure for execution of carriage documents and accounting of amounts of transportations of dangerous goods by the railroads of Ukraine" and of 15.10.2002 N 734 "About control of availability of agreements on liability insurance of subjects of transportation of dangerous goods".

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister Korniyenko V. V.
