Procedure for competitive selection of investment projects which are implemented at the expense of the credits of commercial banks with partial compensation of interest rates

1. This Procedure determines the procedure of competitive selection of investment projects (further - competitive selection) which are implemented at the expense of the credits of commercial banks with partial compensation of interest rates at the expense of means of the government budget.

2. Compensation of interest rates is conducted at the expense of means of the government budget on the loans which are attracted by the companies for implementation of investment projects on the competitive beginnings, in limits of the budget programs provided by the law on the government budget for the corresponding year and taking into account the priorities determined according to the Action program of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the State program of social and economic development for the corresponding year, other regulatory legal acts of Ukraine.
