1. This Procedure determines features of financial accounting and creation of the reporting by the main company of industrial financial group (further - PFG) and participants of PFG (except banks) created according to the Law of Ukraine "About industrial financial groups in Ukraine".

The main company of PFG and participants of PFG keep financial accounting and constitute the financial reporting according to the Law of Ukraine "About financial accounting and the financial reporting in Ukraine" taking into account such features which are applied from the date of creation of PFG.
