1. Approve "The state program of development of pension and insurance system in the Azerbaijan Republic in 2009-2015".
2. Assign coordinating of execution of the measures provided by the State program noted in Item 1 of this Order to the State Social Security Fund of the Azerbaijan Republic.
3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic to resolve the issues following from this Order.
4. This Order becomes effective from the date of its signing.
