PRESIDENTIAL DECREE OF THE AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC

of August 10, 2004 No. 111

About approval of the Regulations on the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies of the Azerbaijan Republic

(as amended on on February 15, 2011)

For the purpose of ensuring activities of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies of the Azerbaijan Republic I decide:

1. Approve Regulations on the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies of the Azerbaijan Republic it (is applied).

2. Charge to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:

2.1. in a month:

2.1.1. prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on system of structure of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies of the Azerbaijan Republic:

2.1.2. prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on reduction of regulatory legal acts to compliance with this Decree.

2.2. for the purpose of ensuring development of communication and information technologies in the Azerbaijan Republic according to modern requirements to prepare and provide to two-month time to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic the draft of the State Program.

2.3. resolve other issues following from this Decree.

3. Charge to the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies of the Azerbaijan Republic coordination of work on "National strategy for information and communication technologies for development of the Azerbaijan Republic (2003-2012)", the President of the Azerbaijan Republic approved by the Order of February 17, 2003 No. 1146.

4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of publication.
