According to article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About ratification of the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Russian Federation about movement of goods within cooperation in development of space, creation and operation space-rocket and rocketry" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve for the period till January 1, 2012 the nomenclature and goods quantity, transactions on import and to which export are performed according to the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Russian Federation on movement of goods within cooperation in development of space, creation and operation space-rocket and rocketry, signed on February 11, 2001, according to appendices 1 and 2.
2. Determine that subjects of housekeeping which perform transactions on commodity importation from customs area of the Russian Federation on customs area of Ukraine according to the Contract between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Russian Federation on movement of goods within cooperation in development of space, creation and operation space-rocket and rocketry of February 11 in 2001 submit monthly to the 10th of the next period to customs authority the report on target use of the goods exempted from taxation by import duty and the value added tax, in duplicate in the form established by the State Customs Service approved with the National Space Agency. The second copy of the report with mark of customs authority moves marked-out subjects monthly to the 15th of the next period to National space agency.
