1. Approve the enclosed Rules of provision of declarations of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products.

2. (Baygaziyev N. D.) to direct to management of administration of excises of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan this order to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To management of organizational and financial providing the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Yusupov R. Yu.):

take measures for publication of this order in mass media of the Republic of Kazakhstan after state registration;

inform the Tax Committees on areas, the cities of Astana, Almaty, in the territory of special economic zones.

4. Declare invalid the order of the Chairman of Committee on the state control over production and turnover of alcoholic products of the Department of Energy, the industry and trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 30, 1998 No. 9 "Procedure for declaring of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts on July 21, 1998 at No. 539).

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
