About the reduced working hours for separate categories of government employees

Article 1. Purpose of the Law

This Law establishes the reduced working hours for separate categories of government employees taking into account condition of their health and physiological condition.

Article 2. Duration of the reduced working hours

Duration of business week is established at 36 o'clock for the government employees who are disabled people owing to violation of functions of organism for 61–100 percent, the handicapped children, expectant mothers and women having children aged up to one and a half years, and also the single parents raising children under three years, and also guardians and custodians of children.

Article 3. Prohibition of increase in duration of working hours for separate categories of government employees

Increase in working hours, the stipulated in Article 30.2 Laws of the Azerbaijan Republic "About public service" for the government employees specified in article 2 of this Law is forbidden.

Article 4. The introduction of the Law in force

This Law becomes effective since September 1, 2001.
