According to subitem 2.3.2 of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About the value added tax" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that procedure for entering into the budget of the consolidated value added tax from the taxation objects which arise owing to delivery of services by the companies of rail transport from their main activities and telecommunications agencies which stay in subordination of the taxpayer and also persons who are authorized to bring this tax are determined by the Ministry of Transport and Communications and State Tax Administration in coordination with the Ministry of Finance.

2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 24, 1997 N 1056 "About free transfer of railway vehicles of rail transport and determination of persons responsible for entering of the value added tax into the budget from the taxation objects on rail transport" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, number 39, page 29) the following changes:

in the name of the resolution of the word "and determinations of persons responsible for entering of the value added tax into the budget from the taxation objects on rail transport" to exclude;
