About stimulation of employees of the organizations of industries of economy

According to part three of article 101 of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus I decide:

1. Determine that:

1.2. in the organizations specified in subitem 1.1 of this Item, which provided following the results of previous year profitability of goods sold, goods (works, services) at the level is not lower than the task finished in accordance with the established procedure or provided by the business plan if that task is not established, the standard rate size within accounting year shall not exceed 100 percent if other is not established by the President of the Republic of Belarus;

1.3. the procedure for use of the stimulating payments within the sizes of the standard rate established by subitems 1.1 and 1.2 of this Item is determined by the employer based on the collective agreement, the agreement, other local regulatory legal act accepted according to the legislation.
