According to article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 18, 1994 "About financial accounting and the reporting" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine that the organizations keeping financial accounting can revaluate (to change cost) production supplies (raw materials, materials, components) which are on financial accounting for January 1, 2009 to the prices of the last acquisition if it does not lead to value addition of such inventories, with reference in financial accounting of results at the expense of additional fund if other is not established by legal acts.
2. To the Ministry of Finance in week time to determine procedure for reflection by the organizations in financial accounting of results of revaluation (change in value) of production supplies according to Item 1 of this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2009, except for Item 2, of this resolution which is becoming effective from the date of acceptance.
