1. Approve the Procedure of compensation of the damage caused to employees of customs authorities, specialized customs offices and organizations in case of accomplishment or connected with accomplishment of service duties by them it (is applied).
2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 19, 1992 N 487 "About approval of the Procedure and conditions of the national compulsory personal insurance of employees of customs authorities" (ZP of Ukraine, 1992, N 9, the Art. 227);
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 15, 1994 N 417 "About modification and amendments in the Procedure and conditions of the national compulsory personal insurance of employees of customs authorities" (ZP of Ukraine, 1994, N 10, the Art. 248);
Item of 2 changes and additions made to some decisions of the Government of Ukraine according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 22, 1995 N 206 "About changes, amendments and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of Ukraine concerning the national compulsory insurance" (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, N 6, the Art. 146).
