Article 3. The petition for rewarding with Vardan Mamikonyan's award is represented by the Government of the Republic of Armenia, the state authorized bodies in the fields of defense, internal affairs and homeland security.
Article 4. Vardan Mamikonyan's medal is worn on the right side of breast, after Tigran Veliky's award.
Article 5. This Law becomes effective from the moment of its official publication.
