Faces aged from 18 up to 23 years whose parents (or the single parent) before achievement of age by them died 18 years are considered as the faces carried to number of children without parental support, are deprived of the parent rights, recognized as incapacitated, evade from education of children or protection of their rights and interests, and also in the procedure established by the law are recognized as the dead, is unknown absent or are unknown.

Accounting of children without parental support, and the faces carried to number of children without parental support (further - children without parental support), perform guardianship and custody bodies according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.
