being guided by provisions of the Constitutive treaty of Eurasian economic community of October 10, 2000, Fundamentals of energy policy of the state members of Eurasian economic community approved by the Decision of Interstate Council of Eurasian economic community of February 28, 2003 No. 103,

considering important role of creation of information system in forming and functioning of energy market of state members of Eurasian economic community (EurAsEC),

aiming to create favorable conditions for broad exchange of information concerning power,

recognizing need of joint use of information resources for forming of energy market of state members of EurAsEC,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

For the purposes of this agreement the used concepts mean the following:

"general system of information support of energy market of state members of EurAsEC" - the communication system on collection, processing and information transfer on power in the territories of state members of EurAsEC including:

the database systematized according to the approved lists and forms;

the modern technical means, communications, the software and information technologies allowing to perform high-quality reference support of participants of energy market of state members of EurAsEC and operational exchange of information between the Parties;

"the database of general system of information support of energy market of state members of EurAsEC" - the information which is not the state secret and not relating to confidential, concentrated in the certain place available to subjects of energy market of state members of EurAsEC;

"authorized bodies of the states of the Parties" - the state bodies determined by the Parties according to the legislation of the state.
