The governments of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties

for the purpose of achievement of the arrangement on procedure for declaring of customs value of goods on single customs area of the State Parties of custom union within Eurasian economic community (further - the State Parties of custom union),

being guided by the Agreement on determination of customs value of the goods moved through customs border of custom union of January 25, 2008,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

This agreement determines basic provisions of procedure for declaring of customs value of the goods imported on single customs area of the State Parties of custom union (daleevvozimy goods) and the goods which are exported from this territory according to which the international agreements of the State Parties of custom union regulating customs legal relationship in custom union will be created.

Article 2

The concepts used in this agreement mean the following:

"declaring of customs value" - the statement of the data necessary for determination of customs value of goods;

"the declaration of customs value" - the customs paper in which the customs value of goods and the data necessary for its determination is specified.

Article 3

Declaring of customs value of the goods which are exported from single customs area of the State Parties of custom union is made according to the legislation of the state of the Party in which declaring of these goods is performed.
